Erbaluce used to made to make mostly sweet wines as it has high acidity. In the La Rustia vineyard it grows slowly - enabling it to achieve good ripeness. This wine reminds me of Chablis 1er cru -citrus notes, great minerality and sufficient weight to work well with seafood.

Delivery

For orders place before 11am in the London area delivered in one of our refrigerated vans on the same day. Orders to the North of the uk are delivered on Wednesdays or Thursday. 

Delivery Times

For the other areas of the UK where our vans don't travel your goods will be sent via courier. Orders will take 1-2 working days to arrive.
