Labadini uses pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy and with a minimum weight of
200 kg. The meat is minced with a medium / large grain.
The "tanning" is made with salt, spices and natural flavors. Primo Salame
it has a distinctive flavor and aroma. The slice is not rubbery and "shells"
easily melting in the mouth.
