Round small Ravioli made with truffle flavoured dough and filled with Buffalo ricotta. Best served with a light white butter sauce, works well with greens or asparagus, finished with more truffle. Cooking instructions on the label. Serves 2 people.

Dough 52%: durum wheat semolina, wheat flour, egg 23%, buckwheat flour, flavouring,
dried truffle - Tuber aestivum - 0.04%. Filling: 48%: buffalo's ricotta cheese 50%
(buffalo's cheese whey, salt) ricotta cheese (whey, cream, salt), dairy preparation
(water, sunflower oil, milk proteins, potato starch, cheese, salt), dehydrated food preparation [breadcrumbs (contains wheat), wheat starch, potato flakes (contains sulphites), corn starch, whey powder, melted cheese powder, flavor enhancer: monosodium gluttamate, salt, milk powder)], breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt), cheese (milk, salt,preservative: lysozyme from egg), salt, natural flavouring, presevrative: sorbic acid. Sprinkled with rice flour. May contain : celery, nuts, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.

For orders place before 11am in the London area delivered in one of our refrigerated vans on the same day. Orders to the North of the uk are delivered on Wednesdays or Thursday.
