Chiroubles Domaine des Glycines
£18.00This is a light, crispy red with the flavour of sour cherries. It’s made with the Gamay grape which all Beaujolais wines are made from and it is made in stainless steel as opposed to oak barrels. Chiroubles is the highest appellation in Beaujolais and has granite soils that give this wine a fresh and clean finish. It is a prime example of quality Beaujolais.
Suggested pairing and serving: It goes well with poultry and other light meats, pasta dishes and it is best when served slightly chilled (12 degrees Celsius).
