Guanciale is an Italian cured meat made from a pork cheek or jowl. Cook before eating, most famously, as one of the main ingredients used in a traditional Pasta Carbonara. It is also used in the spicy tomato pasta sauce, Amatriciana.

Delivery

For orders place before 11am in the London area delivered in one of our refrigerated vans on the same day. Orders to the North of the uk are delivered on Wednesdays or Thursday. 

Delivery Times

For the other areas of the UK where our vans don't travel your goods will be sent via courier. Orders will take 1-2 working days to arrive.
