Dough: 55% durum wheat semolina, wheat flour, egg 22%. Filling 45%: ricotta cheese 45%
(whey, cream, salt) cheeses (milk, salt, preservatives: lysozyme from egg), breadcrumbs
(wheat flour, water, salt), potato flakes (potato, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of
fatty acids, spieces, natural flavoring, preservative: sodium metasulphites), salt, egg
white, flavourings, nutmeg, preservative: sorbic acid. Sprinkled with rice flour. May
cointain: celery, nuts, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.

Delivery

For orders place before 11am in the London area delivered in one of our refrigerated vans on the same day. Orders to the North of the uk are delivered on Wednesdays or Thursday. 

Delivery Times

For the other areas of the UK where our vans don't travel your goods will be sent via courier. Orders will take 1-2 working days to arrive.
